How many people will be at the conference?

The TAP Growth Con 2021 will bring close to 500 people together.

Is there handicap seating?

Handicap seating is available upon request.

What is the dress code for TAP2021?

The dress code is business casual.

What is the ticket refund policy?

If for any reason you are unable to attend, you will get a 100% credit for tickets you paid for at our store. In order to be eligible for that, a request MUST be sent no later than April 30. Otherwise the ticket will just be forfeited. All tickets are transferable. There will be STRICTLY NO refund.

Can I upgrade my tickets?

Yes. If you would like to upgrade your ticket(s), simply email us and one of our customer service representatives will assist you.

What do I need to bring to get into the conference?

Please bring a Photo ID and your ticket to gain access to the conference.

Who are the speakers at the event?

You may view the speakers line-up here.

What if I lose my ticket/badge?

If you lose your ticket or badge during the event, please see one of our representatives at the ticket counter for assistance.

What are the start and stop time of the event?

The event will run from 9:00AM until 6:00PM.
